Shipping policy
My current lead time has been extended to 2 - 3 weeks due to the large number of orders I currently have.
- If you require something for a particular date please let me know before ordering and I will see what I can do.
- For UK shipping, my standard shipping is Royal Mail Second Class, which typically aims to deliver within 2-3 working days, Express can be chosen on checkout and your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
- For orders outside of the UK, Royal Mail International Tracked delivery is used which aims to deliver to you within 5 - 7 working days.
- I cannot be held liable for any lost pieces if an incorrect postal address has been provided, so please double check your postal address before ordering, if there is a mistake please let me know.
- Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
